Our venue is located south of Canberra in the Tuggeranong valley set in a bush land vision. The intimate setting of the Monaro function rooms can
accommodate up to 120 people comfortably including space for a dance floor & entertainment.
Our outdoor terrace is ideal for canapés & pre-dinner drinks as well as cocktail parties. We also have a gazebo at the back end of our hotel which is beautiful
in summer for the ceremonies & receptions.
For receptions of 50 guests or more you will receive, with our compliments, the hotels honeymoon suite including champagne, chocolates & a full buffet
breakfast for two in the morning.

Wedding Cocktail Packages
Cocktail receptions can be from 3 to 5 hours in duration not to exceed 11.00pm
Food must be available for the first 2 minimum
Food is charged at $17.50 per person per hour. Where a function room is required, an additional room hire fee of $400.00 also applies to cover the cost
of the room setting and dance floor if required. Traditionally a setting for a cocktail reception is a stand-up event with just occasional seating and coffee tables. The aim of a cocktail reception is for guests to mingle rather than be
seated for the duration of the party. We can add traditional wedding decorations to the room such as a cake table, back drop, candles etc.
The Menu Please choose 5 varieties for a 2 hour reception or 6 for a 3 hour reception.

The canapés can be served in either of the Monaro rooms, the foyer or out on the back decks
The Monaro room is where your seated meals will be, the foyer is the main part
at the hotel which is besides the bar. The foyer is ideal for packages where the drinks do not start until the guests are seated & the back deck is perfect in summer for canapés with a large open area, back tables, grassy sections &
sunshine.
