Club Langley are the 2012 Winners of the Bromley

Our experienced Function Co-ordinators Amanda,
Charlie and Nicole are on hand throughout the run up to
your event to make it a truly special and memorable
occasion. Our beautiful Garden Room and garden
pergola are both licensed for wedding ceremonies.
We are just an email or phone call away to answer any
questions or worries you may have about your big day
here at Club Langley.
We delight ourselves in being family friendly and flexible
to your needs – it’s your day after all.
The Banqueting Hall & Garden Room
Our banqueting suite is perfect for wedding receptions, post or pre wedding parties, receptions and celebrations. With a private bar, secluded patio and garden and modern white décor.
The hall is light and airy due to patio doors that run the length of the room taking you into the garden. There is a stage and doors lead you to our beautiful Garden Room. We provide enough bar staff to ensure your party goes smoothly and a Bar Manager will be on hand to assist you throughout your event.
We have modern toilets and disabled toilet with baby change facilities.
The bar shuts at 1am Fridays and Saturdays, 12.30am on Sundays and 12am Monday-Thursday.
Catering
Catering at your wedding can be one of the most important aspects when choosing a venue. Our experienced caterers are happy to work to your budget and ideas.
▪ You must choose from one of the below caterers. The choice offers waitress served 4 course banquets, BBQ, buffet and simple buffet food. Please contact them directly for menus and quotes.

You are not able to bring in your own caterers, unless you opt for our ‘DRY HIRE’. This option is for mainly non drinkers and you can bring in your own SOFT drinks, the bar is open for alcohol purchases. With dry hire you are permitted to bring in any caterers of your choice and have use of our kitchen. Please ask for further details.
BAR & CORKAGE
Our black granite bar is fully stocked and staffed. We offer corkage on wine & champagne only. Our own wine & drink list is provided on request. COCKTAIL BAR – Adding something special. In addition to our main bar you can also choose a rustic wooden cocktail bar or white LED bar with mixologist.
All drinks (inc tea & coffee) must be purchased from us.
Corkage also applies to the DRY HIRE option. Drink prices & corkage fees subject to change.
A REFUNDABLE deposit is required on all functions. If your guest numbers exceed 150, then two SIA door staff are required. Please ask a
Function Co-ordinator for details and prices of hall hire.

The Garden Room is licensed for wedding ceremonies and can seat 80-120 guests for a ceremony. We have held ceremonies for up to 150 guests by spilling out into the banqueting hall or garden.

WEDDING CEREMONIES IN THE GARDEN ROOM
When we take your ceremony booking, our Functions Co-ordinators will be in contact with Bromley Registrars on your behalf to book your wedding ceremony. They will help guide you through the ceremony booking process. Bromley Registrars’ ceremony fees are totally separate to our hall hire fee, and they will invoice you directly and send you an information pack. All tables and chairs are included in the cost of hall hire, but not the dressings.

Every wedding is special to us and very unique. We are always open to your
suggestions. Everyone has their own ideas on what they would like and we
are happy to discuss every option. We offer the versatility of an indoor or
outdoor wedding ceremony.
