A condensed 2 page Curriculum Vitae must be provided for each Chief Investigator. The CV(s) must clearly identify the following:
List all previous RCAs you have been awarded as lead CI List top 5 or most relevant publications from the last 5 years If claiming a Career Disruption for ECR status, a short statement outlining the circumstances and
timeframe.
External InvestigatorsA condensed 2 page Curriculum Vitae for each external CI must be included which clearly identifies the following:

Note: For Industry based CIs, where the above may not be applicable, please include a statement relevant expertise, e.g. demonstrable experience in the research area.
5. Development - Provide details on how this collaboration involves the participation of early career researchers and how it provides training for postgraduate students. - 1 page max (10% of assessment)
6. Timeline - Provide a timeline of planned objectives or milestones - the purpose and expected outcomes of each activity should be clear, as well as justifying the selection of participants. - 1 page max
7. Detailed Budget - Provide details of costs associated with the proposal. List all items individually and briefly indicate how the funds will be spent. Include details of the person travelling, the origin/destination and duration of visit for all travel costs. Include support provided from other sources and collaborators. Refer to the RCA Guidelines and Conditions for allowable budget items. Please note allowable costs have changed from previous rounds. All amounts should be listed GST exclusive - 1 page max

8. Budget Justification - Provide a full justification in terms of need and cost for each budget item listed. Include details of cash and in-kind contributions from collaborators and/or funding from other sources that may be supporting the application. - 1 page max
10. Letter of SupportA letter of support is required from each external institution, outlining their willingness and capacity to contribute to the research, as well as any cash or in-kind contributions provided. These may be written by the collaborator, Head of School (or equivalent), or an institutional network development officer (e.g. WUN Coordinator), however an official letter head is preferred.

Certification
All Chief Investigators have agreed to take part in the proposed collaboration. All details on this application forma are true and complete. The project is viable in terms of the School's resources and the funds requested. All budget items have been
appropriately costed e.g. travel, accommodation. The project can be accommodated within the facilities of the School and sufficient working and office space is available
for any proposed visiting personnel. The project will not be permitted to proceed until appropriate ethics clearance(s) has been obtained. There are no outstanding final reports from previous funding received under this scheme. Having read and understood any conditions attached to this application I am satisfied with and willing to observe them.
