• In golf there are a certain amount of shots you can take to get your ball in the hole. – Let’s say that you are given 3 shots to make a hole
and you make it at 3 your score will be zero. You haven’t gained or lost any points.
– But if you were for example, get the ball to the hole in 2 shots you would gain a point.
– This same concept will be employed for this game.

Rules and Explanation
• The class will be divided into three groups. • Each group will then proceed to chose a representative.
• The objective of this game is to guess vocabulary word with as few hints as possible.– Each question has a par. – At the end of the game the number of hints that a
team used to guess the words will be counted. • There score will be determined depending on how
many hints they used compared to how many they should have actually used.
