What is the application about?
• Our brief was to create an interpretation of the data that we gathered from a database website called Culture Grid.
• We did this so users and funders can understand the assets of the database.
• We decided to split into 3 teams to organise our work flow. These teams were data gathering, web design, and visualisation.

Data Gathering
• The objective was to gather information from Culture Grid.
• We have created an API query that will gather the information we want so that we can visualise it for users and funders.
• The data returned from the query is sent to a file and passed to the visualisation team.

Building the web pages
• Our job was to make the web pages for our application.
• We were using HTML code to create the web pages. Extra features needed to be added to the website such as a linked button to visualisations.
• If we had extra time we would make the visualisation interactive so people were able to learn more about each collection.

Visualisation
• Our job was to present the data from the data gatherers.• We decided to present this data in a bar chart format as this
was the most understandable representation of our findings.
