Practice SAT Test Saturday, March 21 • 9 am-1 pm
Deposit $5 • Limit 15 • For high school students
Practice taking a test under the same conditions you
will experience during a real exam. Bring a calculator
and pencils. Must live in or attend a high school
in Villa Park or Oakbrook Terrace. Proctored by
Huntington Learning Center. Arrive promptly at 9 am.
$5 deposit will be fully refunded to test-takers upon
completion of practice test.

NEW LIBRARY, NEW SPACES!
Teen Space, Tween Space, and Study RoomsWe are excited to off er entirely new spaces for teens and tweens in the
renovated and expanded library!
The Teen Space is located on the second floor, near the Adult Services
Department. It includes lounge areas, a video gaming space complete with
TV and systems, and collections including high school books, high school
video games, and graphic novels for teens and adults.
The Tween Space is located on the first floor, in the Youth Services
Department. It includes spaces for collaborative work as well as
socializing. An adjacent Youth Makerspace off ers a variety of tools for
creating and exploring.
Study Rooms are now on both floors: two on the first floor in Youth
Services, and three on the second floor in Adult Services. These spaces
vary in size to accommodate individuals and small groups.

visit military bases, will need a REAL ID compliant
document. This can be a new driver’s license, a

a representative from the Illinois Secretary of

your Illinois REAL ID.

Who Are the Friends of the Villa
Park Library? What Do They Do?The Friends act as advocates for the library.
They sponsor programs and fundraising events,
promote the library within the community,
and help to improve the library facilities and
services. Friends are volunteers from all walks of
life who share a common interest in the library.
Board meetings are held at 7 pm on the second
Wednesday of the month. Meetings of the
general membership are held during the months
