Must have experience working with an online financial aid management system; Two years experience in a financial aid office preferred; Possess proficient knowledge of Federal and State regulations; Must be able to manage a large diverse caseload.

Responsible for reviewing and correcting various weekly computerized reports (Pell Reject File "3RJ",Outside Application Resource "OAR" Reject, Loan File Error, Complete/Incomplete Work Load Reports, Completed Students Flags not set, Blank RAP codes, Loan Reject Reports, ; Process and retrieve Student Aid Report corrections, Error Reports for Loans processed, problem disbursement, Correction Error Report); Pull files and download Institutional Student Information Report "ISIR" from Electronic Data Exchange "EDE"; Retrieve information from NSLDS; Log into Image Now systems to retrieve and review submitted documents; Log onto Financial Aid Administrators "FAA" websites to review student's application status.
40Responsible for counseling students and parents regarding various Title IV Financial Aid programs; Responsible for packaging and awarding students' alphabets (E-H); assist students via email, telephone, fax; Schedule appointments for potential students and respond to students' inquiries.
