Dual-Channel Fluorescence Mode

Video-Rate Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy KitsConfocal Reflectance Imaging Kit:Thorlabs’ Video-Rate Confocal Imaging System can be configuredfor reflection and fluorescence imaging modes. Confocal reflectancemicroscopy is ideal for surface imaging of highly reflective, opaquematerials such as microelectronics as well as for metrology studies(Fig. 2). The VCMK-R includes all components necessary to addreflectance confocal imaging to pre-existing microscopes.Configuration of these components are outlined in Fig. 1. Dual-Channel Confocal Fluorescence Imaging Kit:Many fluorescence applications use multiple dyes to enhancecontrast and differentiate specific cell structures or quantifymetabolic processes (Fig. 3). Thorlabs has developed a Dual-Channel Confocal Fluorescence Imaging Kit (VCMK-F) for easyassembly of a confocal fluorescence imaging system that providestwo wavelength excitation (406 nm and 473 nm) and detection(405 nm and 561 nm). Figure 4 demonstrates configuration of theVCMK-F components for dual-channel fluorescence imaging.Please call or refer to our website for details and custom options.
