Using the Pedigree Portal
Description of Changes
Customers have the ability to retrieve PDF Pedigree documents by either viewing a specific order in their
history or searching by date range.
To Download a Pedigree for a Specific Order:
1. Log in to www.theharvarddruggroup.com with your user ID and password.
2. Select the “My Account” menu, then “Order History”.
3. Find the PO Number related to the order and select “View”.

4. On the Order Details page, select “View Pedigrees/Certificates of Analysis”.
5. To view a Pedigree for a particular Item, Lot and Quantity, click the “View Pedigree” link.

6. The Pedigree will display on your screen in PDF format and may be saved or printed.
7. To request an additional Pedigree not displayed on your screen, enter the Lot Number and
Quantity, then select “Generate Pedigrees.” If available, the Pedigree will display for
viewing/printing.

To Download All Pedigrees within a Date Range:
1. Select the “My Account” menu, then “Dashboard”.
2. Scroll down to the “Pedigrees” section, enter a date range and click “Get Pedigrees”.
3. A PDF document will be created containing all available Pedigrees for your account during
that date range. (NOTE: For larger date ranges, the file may take some time to process).
