1 – Open a new document in Access and click on “New Blank Database”

•Name File

•Click on “Create”

2 – Import the previously downloaded CSV file of the survey results. Click on:

•External Data

•Text File

3 – Select the CSV file that you want to export to Access. For this file, choose “Text file¨ (*txt; *csv; *tab; *asc) and select “Import”.

4 – Choose the options:

• “Delimited” (tab and comma-separated values)

5 – Choose comma as the seperator of values.

6 – Click on “Advanced” to change the Decimal Symbol from (,) comma to (.) period (if necessary).

Click OK and then click on “Next”.

7 – Select the name of the desired field.

8 – In the following window, select the “Without key” option.

9 – Choose the table you’d like to import and click on “Finish”.

10 – The table should then appear in an Excel spreadsheet.
