Responsibilities:
Managing the Subcontractor Construction activities according the requirement of the company and Client (HDR (Title II) and the U.S. Air Force). According the Contract Agreement.
Managing and Planning the Activities keeping in consideration the Target given in the Contract Agreement, managing the preparation of Baseline Schedule and Two Weeks Look Ahead Schedule and its implementations to finish the works within the contractual period. Monitoring the Subcontractor construction team on daily basis.
Monitoring and Evaluate all project daily base activities with baseline schedule. Ensures the work progresses according to the project Schedule. Arrange periodical briefing on the progress of the allocated projects to LTC team
Management and if required to the Donor. Able to manage the Sub contractor project construction staff and push them to
complete work according to the contract duration and SOR, SOS, SOW. Manages day to day operational aspects of project and scope. Ability to identify technical problems and their solution. Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the
project. Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with
specifications.
Lead subcontractor to plans ahead construction activity by aiming and progress and work based on schedule provided.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety and other regulations.
Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolves matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans, using computers, and provide one week and two week look ahead schedules for the subcontractor construction team, daily weekly monthly and quarterly progress report of the project to our project manager and others management staff.
