Trinity Lutheran ChurchLCMC
STONEWALL, TEXAS
To know God andmake Him known
First and foremost, we are seeking a pastor who will love us
like we love them and become the happy leader of our
church family.
We believe God is calling us to pursue a pastor who is self-
motivated, with vibrant leadership skills, who can shepherd
and empower our congregation to faithfully follow Christ
and spread His ministry. Our ideal pastor is an engaging
preacher with excellent Biblical principles who, through
their preaching and teaching, will expand and encourage
our discipleship. Our next pastor will work with us to grow
and develop our youth programs, our entire congregation,
and enhance our Christian community. We will miss our
retiring pastor but are excited to see what this call will bring
for our congregation and it’s future.

built in 1904, and our existing 200-seat structure was erected in 1928. Worship
services were conducted in the German language until 1950. A fine example of the
Gothic Revival style of architecture, the church features fine details in its arched
window and door openings, Gothic steeple, and original pressed metal siding.
Recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark in 1989, the grounds also encompass our
historic cemetery, a fellowship hall with commercial-grade kitchen and seating for
150, and two buildings for children's and confirmation classes.
Our parsonage is being remodeled and will be completed by Nov. 1, 2021. The main
floor consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, office, and back
porch which also serves as the laundry room. The top floor consists of two bedrooms,
an open family room, and a bathroom. It also has a great basement, front porch, and
covered carport with attached storage building. The parsonage is provided rent free to
the pastor and family.
