CONTINGENCY PLAN
For every submitted profile the RM keeps 2 qualified backup profile to avoid any back out and delay in joining.
In case, the resource wants to leave the project, they need to serve notice period, and in parallel TRG will provide qualified profile.
If consultant goes absconding. TRG will be provide qualified profile within 72 hrs and necessary steps in order to fill the position.
