Why become a Youth Outreach Associate?
The TreeHouse Associate position is more than just a job; it’s a chance to
become a part of the TreeHouse family. Our Associates serve side-by-side
with their area team, supporting and praying for one another, all while
serving amazing at-risk teens.
Our Associates are the heart and soul of TreeHouse. They are MENTORS,
Support Group facilitators, silly game leaders, large group speakers,
slip n slide pros, conflict mediators, basketball stars, community
networkers, mission trip painters, and teachers of the Word of God.
Associates work hard, but there are fewer jobs in the world that are more
fun and rewarding. After all, what could be better than living life and
sharing Christ with teens?
God is working at TreeHouse, in the lives and hearts of our teens,
families, and staff. We invite you to join us!
