IES TP 1100 S / TP 1100 B
For positioning use or non-continuous slow rotation processes.
• Welded-style (TP 1100 S) or flanged connection (TP 1100 B) as standard.
• Composite type U facial sealing system.
• Standard sizes available: 1" to 24" (other dimensions on request).
• Field of application: arms for fluid transfer operations, articulated equipment and transfer of sludge.
• Positioning in rotation is ensured by double row ball bearing allowing higher resistance to external tension loads.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Adjustable rotating union union that can be combined with other external parts
(piping, flanges, elbows...)
• Available in 2 distinct materials : carbon steel and type 316L stainless steel.
WELDED-STYLE (S) OR FLANGED CONNECTION (B)ROTATING UNION
• Leakage detector next to main seal, grease fitting and vent hole as standard.

PACQUET rotating unions are greased, tested and ready for use when they leave the factory. The rotating unions coming without grease fittings are lubricated for life. Servicing merely consists in routine inspections checking for potential leaks. When the rotating unions are supplied with grease fittings, we highly recommend to use high quality ball-bearing grease (ORAPI ® NANO LUBRICANT 201). Greasing frequency depends on rotational speed, temperature and general operating conditions.
Our products are machined and assembled with the highest precision. Inadequate installation, misuse or poor servicing may cause premature wear of the seals and/or bearings. Sealing is achieved using components liable to wearing. Regular inspection is necessary to take action as soon as signs of leakage occur. Please do not keep on using a leaking rotating union.Further information on our products guarantee and conditions of use is available on our website.
