Definition: Commercial Tobacco
Any tobacco product other than that used by American Indians for the sole purpose of healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Includes: cigarettes whether hand rolled or rolled commercially, chew tobacco, cigars, snuff, and pipe tobacco.
