The challenge, of course, was developingcollateral and a website without a product to show.The resulting oversized brochure and onlineresources communicate effectively by focusing onthe lifestyle choices and the values associated withthe project – its architectural importance, its statusas an environmentally conscious LEED project, thelocation and surrounding community, and thequality of the exterior and interior materials.Ultimately the marketing design matched theinnovation of the project itself and successfullycommunicated with prospective owners beforeconstruction even began.
