A Family Perspective from the office of Family Life Education—Like Jesus in today’s gospel, we are seen by others in different ways. Perhaps the name our family gives us is closest to our true identity. They know us best. Who do they say you are?
VOCATIONS—”Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” What a beauti-ful and powerful gift the Church is! Handed down from Jesus to Peter and the apostles through the centu-
ries to our Holy Father Pope Francis and the bish-ops throughout the world, it is the vehicle through which God continually draws us closer to Him and extends His salvation in Christ. Consider a voca-tion to serve the Lord and His Church is this pro-found ministry of salvation as a priest. Contact Fr. Joe O’Connor at 315-470-1468.
