REQUESTING TO MR. CHAIRMAN LEVI B. ABADIES TO DEPOSIT THE MAINTENANCE COLLECTION OF EDWASA IN THE BANK.

WHEREAS, LUCILA ASAYAS the treasurer of EDWASA and the Chairman LEVI B. ABADIES will deposit the said collection in the bank for the safety.

In addition, LUCILA ASAYAS can’t withdraw the said money without the presence of the chairman LEVI B. ABADIES. However, the chairman also can’t withdraw the money without the accompany of the treasurer.
