• Ensure App Delivers Services Relevant to UsersHold focus-group sessions with users like today. Deliver focused apps to specific user groups like – HCT Students, HCT Staff, HCT Parents, etc.
• Ensure Maximum User DownloadsLast version was announced in news but we did not do an aggressive marketing campaign. We will ensure all relevant users are aware of the new app via different medium such as emails, portal pop-ups and SMS.
• Ensure Maximum User SatisfactionLast version has only 9 reviews submitted by users. We will ensure that the new apps allows users to submit feedback and rate the app. We will also ensure single sign-on for users and we will monitor the usage of different areas of the app to understand user behavior for future releases.
