If you have an Incomplete grade for the Fall semester you need to follow up with your professor and submit an Incom-plete Grade Request Form as soon as possible but no later than February 1. Failure to follow up may result in a failing
grade for the course. Questions should be directed to [email protected] as soon as possible.
