What do I do if…
• Q: “…my car is booted? How much is it to remove?”– A: Contact AR Booting at (305) 360-7051. Boot removal charge
is $85.
• Q: “…someone is parked in my space?”– A: Contact the Front Desk at (786) 279-2807.
• Q: “…my parking permit is not in the car or visible by Security?”– A: The Parking permit and Parking Space must be registered to
your unit. The permit must be visible at all times, even if it is in a secondary vehicle. If not, boot and additional fines may apply.
