Be it enacted by the General Council of the Choctaw Nation assembled-

That the a p p l i c a t i o n of David W.Weeden and h i s wi fe D i l e a Weeden and t h e i r

Minnie W e e d e n , L i d i a Weeden ,Harry Weeden ,Mark Weeden# L i l l i e Weeden and Dee

W e e d e n j a l s o t h e i r grand ch i ldren being the chi ldren of Mel issa by her

marriage with Benjamin L u c k r i d g e , t o w i t . Carl L u c k r i d g e , Wi 11 iam Luck ridge

and George Luckridge—. Also Lafayette W e e d e n , b r o t h e r of the a p p l i c a n t , a n d

h i s w i f e Mary Weeden and t h e i r ch i ldren Will iam Weeden ,George W e e d e n , P r i c e

Choctaw Nation is hereby r e j e c t e d .

And the s a i d David W.Weeden and a l l the Claimants with him and by him are

hereby declared non-cit i zens of the Choctaw Nat ion , And th is Act shal l

take e f f e c t and be in force from and a f t e r its p a s s a g e .

T H I S IS TO CEPTIFY , that the above and foregoing is a f u l l , t r u e and correct

copy of the Act of the Choctaw General Council passed at i ts regular sess i

f o r October 1 8 9 8 .
