Sub: Quotation for Electrical Starter Spares for a marine motor and accessories foracademic purposes at IMU-Kolkata Campus (lMU-KC)
•Sealed quotations are invited towards supply of Electrical Starter Spares and Accessoriesfor academic purposes at IMU-KC as detailed in the table given below:

Terms & conditions:
1. The rates quoted for all the specifications as mentioned above should becomprehensive and inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges.
2. Warranty Period for the items should be clearly mentioned.
3. Delivery of the above items should be made at IMU - Kolkata Campus at P-19,Taratala Road, Kolkata 700 088.
4. Quotations addressed to the Director for the above items as separate Annexuresmentioned above should be submitted in sealed envelopes superscribing"Quotation for electrical starter spare and accessories" latest by 03.11.2016.Quotations received after the above mentioned date will not be considered forevaluation.
5. Payment will be made through Bank Transfer after successful delivery of the itemsand their acceptance by IMU-KC.
6. The interested bidders should submit their quotation group-wise as per theAnnexures attached. A bidder may quote for one or all the Annexures. Where thebidder quotes for more than one Annexure, the bid should be sent in separateenvelopes for each group superscribing the envelope accordingly.
7. Bidder should quote for all the items of one Annexure and not for part items of thesame Annexure. Selection will be made on the basis of quotations submitted of aparticular Annexure and not item-wise.
