Terence Dillard is now into twenty years of service in education accomplishing many goals and has achieved laurels in an educational domain. His experience in education, leadership qualities and in-depth professional experience has given him vast exposure in understanding the current trends and students expectations.

Terence believes in involving stakeholders, community members and even parents in decision making and planning, developing and evaluating school programs to help students achieve and prepare them for a global economy. He is proactive with the ability to deal with many complex issues, and that too within shortest possible time.

with collaborative leadership that includes Booker T. Washington High School of Early College Reading Performance Index Score rising from 79.1 to 80.1. He also initiated many Scholarship awards; Three Gates Millennium Scholarship awards, Eighteen Georgia Hope Scholarship recipient awards, Six 100 Black Women Scholarship recipient awards, Two Posse Scholars, School of Banking, Finance & Investment.
Educational Leader Terence duty also involves managing and
sensitive and Confidential data, Perform Data based Evaluations, provide support to the marginalized teacher and adopt AS400/ESIS Student Management Systems. He attained his degree for Edward Waters College in 1995 and has done his majors in Educational Leadership program from Jacksonville State University.
