QUALIFICATIONS
My Education background includes M.Sc. in Communication systems and BSc of Electronics engineering. Also recently I get a one year MBA Certificate. Before joining Telecom industry I was a freelancer Electronic engineer with dense background in Programming and Electronics softwares and R&D experience on FPGA/ARM processors. After getting masters degree in Communications I joined Huawei as a BSS engineer where I was able to take part in integration and swap of BSC/RNC/OSSs and also BTS/NB/eNBs at MTNi Modernization Project. Currently I am working as “Technology Roadmap and Network Solutions Expert” at MCI with a focus on 5G technology. At this job we are investigating released 5G standards E2E and work on testbeds to initialize moving towards 5G in Iran. Roadmap planning of Legacy networks is another role in this job.

Role: Technology roadmap and Network solutions expert, MCI Roadmap Planning department Achievements:
- Study and Document all 5G released standards on NFV, SDN, SON, MEC, Telco Could, V2X, D2D, Relay, Massive MIMO, 5G Spectrum, IoT, Orchestration and management, 5G Architecture, 5G Services , LAA, Dual Connectivity, RAN Sharing, etc. With a team including 20 doctorate and Masters students of Tarbiat Modares University.
- Design and implementation of the first Craniotomy Remote Surgery Robot with the Tarbiat Modares University to demonstrate eMBB and uRLLC Slices use cases of 5G in healthcare section.

− New RNC/BSC (Huawei 6910 and 6900) installation /on site commissioning/swap/critical network activities

− Integration and swap of (2G/3G/LTE [FDD, TDD]) sites in MTNi Modernization project and also on site

− Analysis and prepare various network reports in order to assure the required QOS as per customer

− Handling dense plans in parallel to achieve goals as per plan and simultaneously cut off the costs by

Iran.

5- Circuit and PCB Design-implement and programming of an ARM NXP-1768 microcontroller board.
6- Designing a full IGBT based PWM inverter consisting soft starter, protection units, filters, IGBT snubber
circuits ,etc.
