all participants.
This includes instructions on the safe use of all
equipment with important emphasis on eye and ear
protection, (goggle cleaning and adjustment) the rules

BENEFITS OF PAINTBALL
• It increases self confidence and encourages interpersonal skills: Paintball is a team
sport that requires players to communicate to accomplish a goal. The fast paced and the
excitement of the moment encourages players to improve their leadership skills.
Surviving an intense battle is a great boost to one’s self confidence.
• It’s a workout without appearing in a workout: We can all use a bit more exercise in our
lives. Today’s average worker spends a lot of time indoors. Paintball is a full body
workout that involves running , jumping and crawling. Games are fast paced and fueled
by adrenaline. The combination of physical exertion and increased heart rate makes
paintball a great way to get rid of stress.
• It’s a great stress reliever: We all have stress in our lives. Today’s typical worker don’t
have much time to relax and unwind. Paintball is a constructive way to get rid of stress.
• It’s Fun: Chasing your colleagues around the paintball field and shooting bright coloured
balls of paint at one another is a riot!!The laughter , smiles and the stories afterward are
the great day with co-worker is made of.

TACTICAL AND STRATEGIC CHALLENGES
1. CAPTURE THE FLAG
Capture the opposing team's flag and return it to your base.
2. BLACK JACK
This is a standard game of Capture the Flag, but players are only
given 21 paintballs for the whole game. This is a good game if you
want to mix high-tech and low-tech paint guns. A semi-auto really
doesn't have much fire power advantage of over a Splat master.
3. CHARGE OF THE LIGHT BRIGADE The teams must sally forth 'neath flags unfurled and charge into the ranks of the enemy!
4. SHOOT THE CAPTAIN Two teams must try to eliminate the other team's captain.
5. DUEL
Two players settle an affair of honor. This is a good tie breaker and something to do if you're eliminated early.

TACTICAL AND STRATEGIC CHALLENGES
6.ANNIHILATOR
Groups of five go into the field and slug it out in this elimination only
game.
7. ATTACK AND DEFEND
Great for training teams how to attack or defend flag stations or when
you want a fast and furious head to head game without a lot of
sneaking around.
8. BUNNY HUNT
One person must defend himself against a multitude of players
9. RECON
Small teams must check into several checkpoints, the problem is, they
all have to check into the same ones. This a great night game scenario
10. GETTYSBURG
This is "Capture the Flag" but with an American Civil War twist
A fantastic activity that melts the biggest Icebergs. KLE’s: Effective communication, Setting objectives, understanding goals and an incredible laughter builder
PAINT BALL
11. POW
Players must rescue their incarcerated comrades.
12. PAINT BURNER
This game is great for finishing off the day. Go burn off some energy or
paint and not worry about winning or losing.
13. HOSTAGE RESCUE
One team must get a "hostage" away from e other team and bring him
back unharmed.
14. KICK THE BUCKET
Instead of flags each flag station has a bucket sitting on the ground
below where the flag should be. You must "kick the bucket" to win.
15. TRADITOR
(Latin, meaning "traitor") You must go forth and eliminate the opposing
leader, but beware, one of your own will turn against you.
A fantastic activity that melts the biggest Icebergs. KLE’s: Effective communication, Setting objectives, understanding goals and an incredible laughter builder
PAINT BALL
16. Tag
It's the game you played as a child, but better! This is also a good
game to play at the end of the day when a few players still want to play
after everyone else is all tuckered out.
17.Hide 'N' Seek
Another childhood game, but this time it's paintball.
