Tell somebody

Psychological Emergency
A psychological emergency is when someone is a threat to himself/ herself or others.
Any threatening statements should be taken seriously!

Business Hours Emergencies
For psychological emergencies, Mon–Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
Emergency walk-in service. No appointment is needed. Call 979-845-4427 and let SCS know–ask the client if he/she wants to talk to a counselor.
If you feel comfortable, ask the client if you can walk him/her over to Room B103 of Cain Hall, and tell the receptionist you need to see the Emergency/Crisis Counselor.
After Hours Emergencies
For psychological emergencies after business hours (4 pm - 8 am weekdays & 24 hours a day weekends):

Sexual Violence

Counseling Options
Students currently enrolled at Texas A&M University who have paid the Student Service Fee are eligible for an initial consultation.
The SCS provides individual, group, and couples counseling for personal concerns that are common among undergraduate and graduate students.
