easy to apply, while automatically engaging them with new, relevant opportunities at your company. Talentstream Engage
helps companies build a pipeline of talent.

MEMBER SEARCH RESULTS
A magnifying

indicates
whether
you have
previously
viewed this
candidate.
A letter icon
reveals if
you have
previously
emailed this
candidate.
You can select candidates by checking the box next to their names.
Or click on their names to view their full profiles.
Sort your results by relevance, date joined, location or
name in descending or ascending order.
Refine your
results using
any of these
options, which
enables you
to target
leads based
on keywords,
location, join
type, joined
within and any
other custom
search options
you have
included on
the join form.

You can take actions on any user, such as email, forward resume, download resume, and print resume. You can also exclude a member to prevent them from showing up in future searches or receiving weekly emails.
Stay organized by saving member profiles to custom folders for easy access later on.
Here you can flag candidates, set up workflow stages, and add notes that will store in the review history.
VIEW TALENT NETWORK MEMBER PROFILES
To increase your Talent Network performance, make your TSE your career site. Click here to learn how. You can also increase your Talent Network by strategically placing the button for candidates to join your Talent Network on any channels you currently use to reach potential candidates like your company website, social media, email signatures and your career site. Watch this short tutorial to learn how to share your Join Button.

EMAILING TALENT NETWORK MEMBERS
Select the members you would like to email by checking the boxes next to their names. You can also select all members on
the current page by checking the “select all” box. Then select the “Email” option.
When logged in as a Manager, there will be an option
to “Email All Results” using the button at the top of
the member search page.
You are able to see if the member has been viewed, emailed or forwarded by the action icon listed by each member in the
results page.
Choose from a saved letter, or
create a new letter.

DASHBOARD
Summary: The “Summary” tab provides an overview of the growth of your Talentstream Engage, a snapshot of key member information and a comparison of the supply of talent versus your demand.
Click on ‘Your Members’ or ‘Members in the last 60 Days’to view all members in those categories at once.
You can easily export any of these reports.
You can scroll through a list of recently joined member data for a snapshot of your newest members.
Hover over any of the graphics to see more information.
Activity: The “Activity” tab provides insight on Talentstream Engage applications as well as job alert activity.
You can hover over the graph to see the number of applications you’ve received through Talentstream Engage each month.

DASHBOARD (CONTINUED)
Members: The “Members” tab enables you to analyze the types and locations of members in your Talentstream Engage.
Jobs: The “Jobs” table enables you to analyze the types and locations of jobs in your Talentstream Engage.
You can click on any of this information for more detail.
Lead Export: The “Lead Export” tab provides a way to export and save member information from your Talentstream Engage. Each report can include up to 4,000 members with resume data.
This CSV file can be imported in to any recruitment technology system and can be scheduled at different frequencies if requested. Custom integration is also available depending on your system requirements.

RECRUITMENT TOOLS
You can create a profile of your most pressing recruitment needs by entering the position and location for which you are recruiting. Once you enter your profile information, click “save” to save the profile. You can view and edit your saved profiles in the list at the bottom of the page.
Creating a recruiter profile will trigger monthly emails that contain strategic sourcing tips for that role.
