Satkhira: A female worker, who sustained burn injuries in a boiler explosion at a rice mill in Tala upazila on June 11, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) in the capital on Monday. The deceased was identified as Rokeya Begum, 32, a worker of 'Jatpur Rice Mill' and wife of Babar Ali of Aladipur village in Tala upazila.
On June 11, four workers of the rice mill were injured when a boiler went off while working at Jatpur in the upazila. Abu Bakar Siddique, officer-in-charge of Tala Police Station, confirmed the incident.
