Practice TimesAttendance & Tardies
• Practice Times:– Athletic periods are:
– 1st period – 8th grade boys
– 2nd period – 7th grade boys
– 7th period – 7th grade girls
– 8th period – 8th grade girls
– Practices before school for football begin at approx. 7am; after school practices will end at approx. 5:00pm.
• Attendance & Tardies:– Any absence from practice
will require make-up work upon return.
– More than 2 consecutive days requires a Dr. Note

Hair and Grooming
Hair Code (FISD policy)– Hair must be clean, well groomed and out of
athlete’s eyes. It must be styled in a way not distracting to others.• No unnatural dying of hair or hair cuts with designs
• No dress that is unbecoming of a Cobb athlete– NO jewelry in athletics.
• Game day dress– Players will dress as a team.

Transportation• We will provide transportation to and from
all games.• Students in Football, Volleyball and

• The boys are in need of 4 mom’s to volunteer during the Football meeting next year. You will be contacted by an 8th grade mom, before Aug. 18th.
• August 18th Football meeting and equipment pick up.
