Summer Reading Challenge www.roundrocktexas.gov/summerreading
Why read? Summertime reading is the best way to keep
reading skills strong while school is out.
Your library has great materials to share, and
friendly staff to help you discover and use it.
Make your reading count Do you like to earn incentives? Then join the
Summer Reading Challenge! Use our online
program to track your reading from June 6
to August 6. Remember, listening
also counts as reading.
Visit the Summer Reading table in
the Gallery to collect prizes
June 13 - August 6.
But I like paper reading logs Feel free to pick up a paper log for at-home
use. Help us keep library lines short by
updating your online record before you come
in to claim prizes.
Need help? Teen volunteers in the Gallery can answer
many questions and help you with online logs.
There’s an FAQ (frequently asked questions)
section on the summer reading website.
Friendly staff members are here to help you.
Who can participate? Everyone is welcome at RRPL. If you live in in
Texas, you can get a free library card, too.
In addition to the kids’ reading challenge for
ages 0 - 11, your library also has a summer
reading challenges for teens (ages 12-18) and
adults (ages 19+).
Please see the online library calendar to view
additional summer events for teens and adults.
