Transport Arrangement•The availability of coaches depends on the
accessibility of the destinations.•Please indicate your preferences via Moodle on or
before June 3 (Monday), 5:00pm.▫Except those highlighted in yellow, which are expected
to be a mandatory arrangement• If you have chosen to take the coaches, please be
punctual.

Weather Conditions
What to do if the following weather warnings are hoisted on the first day of your course:
At 7:00a.m, a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted
The courses that start at 9:30a.m will be postponed to 1:30pm. Participants should report to Outward Bound at 1:30p.m on the same day.
At 12:00noon, a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted
All courses will be cancelled on that day. Participants should report to Outward Bound at 9:30a.m on the following day.

participants WILL NOT be sent home but will be accommodated at the training
bases.
Important Reminders•Responsibilities and insurance coverage•Please inform the escort teacher(s) if:
▫You need to leave the team during the activity▫You have any physical discomfort during the activity
•Bring water and your own medicine (if needed)•Please make sure you dress appropriately for the
activities▫E.g. Trousers for Drama Workshop & no flip-flops,
shorts or mini-skirts for institutional visits

•You must wear camp tee throughout the whole camp period.

Your Financial Contribution
1. Submit a crossed cheque made to "The Hong Kong Institute of Education"(or “ 香港教育學院” ), with your names and student numbers written on the back of the cheque.
2. Make cash deposit in any of the Bank of East Asia Branch (“015-195-25-00002-0”). Then, submit the original bank deposit slips to Amanda at CLE General Office (B2-G/F-03).
Updates•You will receive a summer camp Handbook on the
first day.•From now on, you have to pay close attention to any
announcements made via email, Facebook, website and Moodle.
