Next steps following submission of Interest Form:• Eligible Indigenous Student Trustee Candidates will be invited to an upcoming CC:ROSE

meeting.• The Indigenous Student Trustee will be appointed by their peers involved with CC:ROSE

on or before February 21, 2020.• Eligible Student Trustee Candidates will be invited to attend a video recording of

questions and answers on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 3 p.m. at the Education Centre.• HWDSB Students in grades 7-12 will cast their vote from February 14 to 21, 2020.• Each school will submit a final ballot for their top two candidates, as selected by the

school population.• HWDSB Student Trustees for 2020-21 will be announced through a Board report on

March 9, 2020.
