A private tour of Albany Medical Cen-ter's labor and delivery floor where you can check out the nursery and where you will give birth.

Education We will hold fun and interactive classes twice a month to help walk you through childbirth and how to care for yourself and your baby.
Support and Mentorship Being pregnant can be both exciting and scary. The Strong Mom program will match you with two student mentors who will be there for you through the ups and downs.
