Company History
• Founded in the mid-90’s by Peter
Dragone and John Slyvane who believed
coffee should always be served fresh –
whether at home or at the office.
• Launched first commercial single-cup
brewer in 1998
• Keurig was acquired in 2006 by Green
Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc.(GMCR)
and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
GMCR
