CIRCUMSTANCES THAT DETERMINE AN INDIVIDUAL’S ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITIES
Circumstances determine an individual’s access to opportunities depending on what circumstance. Basically, what it means, is that, depending on what situation you are in, your opportunities are different, and sometimes you don’t even have the access to those opportunities. If, for example, you don’t get an education because your parents can’t afford it, your access to the opportunity of getting a job when you’re older will be blocked, when, if you’re living in a comfortable house, going to school every day, having lots of outside-school activities, your access to the opportunity of getting a job when you’re older are not blocked.

THE WAY PEOPLE’S BASIC RIGHTS ARE GRANTED OR DENIED
There are a lot of ways in how people’s basic rights are granted or denied. One way is, for example, that you live in a place where clean water is not an option, that way, the right to clean water is DENIED.Another way is that, maybe, you have a public school nearby, and you have a grocery store nearby, and so you have the right to both education and healthy food, so these rights are GRANTED.

HOW ACTIONS CAN CHANGE ACCESS TO RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Actions, whether good or bad, can change the access to rights or/and opportunities. For example, if you build a well for clean water in a place where clean water is not an option, you are giving the people who live there the access to the right of having clean water. The access to rights or/and opportunities can be denied or granted.
