Step-by-Step: How to Submit to the “Bridges” call on Slideroom
Hildegard Center for the Arts
1. Click the “Register and Submit Photo Here” link.
2. If you have a Slideroom account click “Login.” If you do not, click “Sign up” to create your
account. (If you already have an account please skip to instruction #3.)
2b. Fill out the email and password form.
2c. Next you will get a activation email sent to your account and this screen. Please go to your email and
click on the link to activate your account.
2d. You should get a similar email. Click on the link you are sent. (Check your junk mail
if you do not see it after 10 minutes.)
2e. The link will bring you to this webpage. “Click to Log In.”
3. Fill in your Log In information. Then click the “Log In” button.
4. Click on the “Bridges” call link to start
your application.
5. Read the description and then click the “Begin Application” link. (At anytime you can save your application and return to it
later.)
6. Please fill out your information and then click “Continue to Application.”
7. Fill out the form.
8. After typing name in #13 click the “Continue” link. Next you will upload your photos.
9. Read the conditions. Click “Add Media.”
10. Choose one of the three options to upload your photos. If you need help click the “Need Help?” link on
the upper right of the screen.
11. Once uploaded click “Continue to Label Media.”
12. Fill out the information for each of your photos. Then click “Done.”
13. When you are done uploading and labeling your photos click “Continue.”
14. Enter your payment information with either a Debit or Credit Card. Then click “Review Payment Information.”
Lastly, you will review your payment information and then submit your
completed submission.
