About Patrick Deckers Mr. Patrick Deckers has twelve years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon and medical center manager.
For five years he was a staff member of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University Hospital of Maastricht and for 7 years he has been a staff member and currently financial manager of the Department of Orthopedic surgery of The Zuyderland Hospital, currently the second largest hospital in The Netherlands.
Mr. Ruud Gransier is a medical doctor, exercise physiologist and biomechanical expert and has been doing research for more than fifteen years in the field of sports medical and orthopedic topics.
He has worked with Manchester United, FC Barcelona and AC Milan but also with individuals like Andre Rieu, Usain Bolt and many more.

Sportho is expanding all-rounds sports medical care centers with state-of-the-science medical care, based on in-house developed multidisciplinary medical cure and care programs, scalable worldwide within all care systems.

Diagnostics within two weeks
If necessary, we will provide your diagnostics such as x-rays, ultrasound and MRI with priority.
Surgery within three weeks
If minor surgery, such as arthroscopy of the knee or shoulder, is necessary, you will, as soon as possible, be surgically treated by our professionals.
Appointment within one week
In the case of an urgent sporting problem, we provide you with a tailored consultation tailored within a week.

Business Model
The business model is built upon centralization and actual integration and synergy of existing care. This is something that is non-existing in The Netherlands and Europe, especially regarding all-round sports medical care.
Independent system
No matter where a patient enters this chain, every patient will proceed throughout this chain of care and the health care system is organized in such a way that every element of the chain is paid for. This way we are non-dependent of additional care or institutions in any way.
Multi-disciplinary
Furthermore, this way we are capable of actually carrying out multi-disciplinary care throughout an entire range of medical and rehabilitative specialties.
All-in-one Clinic
This will be an actual all-in-one clinic, offering all care imaginable regarding athletes or patients. And in this chain of synergistic medical care, that is controlled and organized by one central entity, lies our business model.

The current situation in the Netherlands on average, patients have to wait 4 to 12 weeks for their first intake, 6 to 12 weeks for diagnostics and 2 to 6 months for an operation.

Our personal sellers are our own clients. By providing qualitative, efficient and fast health care within our chain principle, we create a more effective Health Care which lives up to client’s expectations. A loyal client is considered to be the best marketer.
We also target the private market providing for our high-end clients (e.g. Andre Rieu, world famous violin player and orchestra) and pro athletes (e.g. Maartje Paumen, international hockey player). These act as ambassadors of our company and are considered to be controlled free publicity.
Our secondary personal sellers by network marketing. Within the network Sportho has been creating we incorporated professional sports teams and institute. They would like to develop using Sportho as a knowledge and expertise center.

we are establishing a scientific department to support R&D and subsequently attribute to International Scientific Papers and Conventions and attend and organize seminars.
Another example is our cooperation with Dr. Y. Schroen, who recently published two articles in the world famous scientific journal 'Science', of the University of Leiden (ARWU Universities World Ranking no. 56) to develop and research movement and exercise programs for athlete's and patients with diabetes.

Patrick Deckers is end responsible of the medical department of Sportho. He coordinates the Medical Specialists Companies (MSC), who are the clinic-internal group organizations of the operating medical specialists in the clinics. Every MSC has its own coordinator or president, with whom Patrick Deckers organizes monthly progress meetings. Ruud Gransier is responsible for Commerce and Marketing.
