Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. Please use the order form on our website if possible, to streamline orders. 2. Seeds will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and full payment will secure your order. 3. Please do not deposit money until we have confirmed your order via e-mail or a PayPal request. 4. Once your order is confirmed we will send an invoice. 5. For international orders you will be sent an invoice in ZAR and once this invoice is confirmed, we will then proceed
with a PayPal invoice in US Dollars. 6. Please provide us with your particulars, postal address, contact number/s and nearest Postnet store (if applicable). 7. Overseas orders are welcome, Phytosanitary certificates can be issued at cost of R1200 at buyers cost. 8. A small seed lot import permit is required for USA clients only. 9. Local orders please add R120 for Postnet or customers may organize their own couriers at their own cost. 10. International orders add R350 for postage and packing via Post Office at own risk or select the DHL courier at R600. 11. EMS can be arranged at an additional cost. 12. Unforeseen costs may occur when importing from South Africa, such as a Customs holding and release fee. All
unforeseen costs will be liable to buyer. 13. To ensure fresh mature seed and to improve germination we only harvest our seeds in June. Therefore, seeds will
only be ready for shipping at end of July. 14. Although plants are isolated during pollination and flowers are all hand pollinated, we cannot guarantee the outcome
of the crosses on our lists.
