I. US Investor Visa (EB-5) - Overview -
▣ Alien who has invested his own capital amount to a new commercial enterprise, and created 10 or more jobs will be given permanent resident status in US with his family members including spouse and under 21 years old unmarried children. ▣ Investor and his family members obtain conditional permanent resident of two years. Once the investment terms and job creation requirements are met in the initial two years, they can obtain unconditional permanent residency. ▣ Requirements of Investor’s Immigration Program are simple. (1) Invest US $1,000,000 or $500,000 (T.E.A. area) (2) Create 10 jobs

▣ It is any economic unit, public or private, which is involved with the promotion of economic growth, including increased export sales, improved regional productivity, job creation, and increased domestic capital investment. ▣ Regional Centers that have been designated by USCIS can be eligible to participate in the Immigration Investor Pilot Program, and Investors can received the benefit of INDIRECT and DIRECT job creation calculation.

I. US Investor Visa (EB-5) - Qualifications -
▣ Lawful Source of Fund The investor and the spouse should prove that the invested capital is lawfully obtained. ▣ Physical & Police Check The investor and his accompanying family should pass the health and criminal record screening. ▣ No Limitation There is no limitation on age, management experiences, and education, and there is no proof of English proficiency.
