Michael Salaman, ChairmanMichael Salaman serves as the company's Chairman. Mr. Salaman has over 20 years experience in the area of new product development and mass marketing. Mr. Salaman began his business career as Vice President of Business Development for National Media Corp., an infomercial marketing Company in the United States from 1985-1993. From 1995-2001, Mr. Salaman founded American Interactive Media, Inc., a developer of set-top boxes and ISP services. In 2006, Mr. Salaman founded Skinny Nutritional Corp as a marketing and distribution company, focus in the beverage sector.
Ron Wilson, President and CEOMr. Wilson brings over 38 years of exceptional hands-on experience from manufacturing, sales and delivery to delivering quality products in a highly competitive market. Over the years, Mr. Wilson held various positions within Coca-Cola Bottling Company, rising from division manager to Vice President/General Manager of the New Jersey division.
In 1985, he became the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company. Mr. Wilson led the company to become the fourth largest Coca-Cola bottler in the country. While at the helm, Mr. Wilson was also President of The Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association and a Vice President of The Dr. Pepper Bottlers’ Association. In October 2008, Mr. Wilson was inducted into the Beverage World Soft Drink Hall of Fame.
Don J. McDonald, CFO Mr. McDonald has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive and 19 years experience in the cable television, broadcast and video production industries with expertise in financial management, sales, marketing and corporate governance. Since April 2002, Mr. McDonald has served as the President of Summit Corporate Group, Inc., providing executive management and corporate advisory services to a number of companies. Prior to that, from March 1999 to March 2002, Mr. McDonald was the President of Directrix, Inc., a publicly-traded company providing media production and distribution services. Prior to that, Mr. McDonald in an executive capacity for a number of companies including President of National Media Corp., LSI Communications, Inc. and Spice Direct Entertainment Co. Mr. McDonald graduated with a B.S. from Villanova University in 1974.

Cliff Oster, Manufacturing and Product DevelopmentMr. Oster served as Director of Operations of Glaceau (Vitamin Water) from inception in 1999 until 2007 when the company was acquired by Coca Cola. At Glaceau, Mr. Oster was responsible for all purchasing, co-packing management and quality control including insuring water quality and PET performance. Mr. Oster assisted in writing the Vitamin water’s production manual and was responsible for identifying, operating and managing production facility plants. Mr. Oster’s prior experience included positions as Purchasing Director for After the Fall which was acquired by Smuckers in 1994. Mr. Oster has his BA from Wagner College and MA from Brooklyn College.
Joe Gisondi, National Sales ManagerMr. Gisondi serves as our National Sales Manager. Mr. Gisondi's background includes 10 years with the Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company. His expertise includes the successful solicitation of new accounts in the DSD field, the roll out of new products and the cultivation of key business relationships. He will be responsible for the rollout of Regional and National accounts across the United States. Mr. Gisondi's accomplishments at the Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company include the launch of both Dasani Water and Vanilla Coke, top District Sales Manager in the Philadelphia region and his proven track record of the successful growth of sales volume. Mr. Gisondi will be a key component in the relationships built with Skinny Nutritional Corp's distributors and their customers.
