1. CONTRACTOR SHALL POST THE INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE (CF-6R) FORM AND INSULATION CERTIFICATE (IC-1) FORM IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION OR KEEP WITH JOBSITE PLANS FOR THE INSPECTORS REVIEW.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COPIES OF THE CALIFORNIA HOME ENERGY GUIDE, CF-1R, MF-1R, AND IC-1 FORMS TO THE BUILDING OWNER.
3. AN APPROVED "HERS" PROVIDER AND CETIFIED RATER SHALL CONDUCT THE FIELD VERIFICATION AND DIAGNOSTIC TESTING.
4. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A REGISTERED COPY OF CERTIFICATE OF FIELD VERIFICATION AND DIAGNOSTIC TESTING (CF-4R), SIGNED AND DATED BY THE "HERS" RATER TO THE BUILDER, OWNER AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION.
5. THE BUILDING ADDRESS FOR EACH BUILDING SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE BUILDING IN SUCH A POSITION AS TO BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND LEGIBLE FROM THE STREET. ADDRESS NUMBERS SHALL CONTRAST WITH THEIR BACKGROUND, BE 4" HIGH MIN. AND HAVE A MINIMUM STROKE WIDTH OF 0.5", PER CBC.

1. FIRE SPRINKLERS:
OBTAIN FIRE SPRINKLER PERMEIT PRIOR TO CALLING FOR ROOF SHEATHING INSPECTION. INSTALL SPRINKLERS PER 2010 CRC. PROVIDE RECESSED HEADS WHERE POSSIBLE. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED AND PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND REVIEWED AND APPROVED WITH THE OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR MINIMUM VISUAL IMPACT.
