Guidelines for Small Group tutorial
1.Subject teachers of respective levels will make the necessary arrangements to
meet up with selected groups of students on regular basis .
2.Subject teachers would inform parents of students who are selected for regular
tutorials through Information Form.
Objectives
1.To provide a platform for meaningful Teacher-Student academic engagement.
2.To level-up students’ academic competencies and address gaps in subject
mastery.
Guidelines for Consultation
1.Subject teachers are to make arrangements with students for small group or
individual consultation based on preventive and interventive needs.
2.Consultations should start at least 30 mins after students’ last period.
3.Subject teachers should inform parents of students on ad hoc consultation
through phone.
