The aim of the course is to provide airline personnel (cabin crew, instructors and cabin engineers) with information and operational instructions on Airbus aircraft and cabin systems and to reinforce competences for a successful Entry Into Service (EIS).The course also enables cabin crew instructors to develop training programmes and update the operating manuals in their own airline.

The aim of the course is to provide airline personnel (cabin crew, instructors and cabin engineers) already familiar with the A320 Family or A330/A340 type specific Cabin Crew Training on the Classic FAP, with the opportunity to update to the Enhanced FAP. The course content focuses on the differences in the FAPs and can also be applied to cabin crew instructors in order to update training programmes and operating manuals in their own airline.
