When everything changes constantly, we need to pay more attention to core values of our society such as dignity of human rights, improving quality of life, love and trust of family, friendship, healthy society, and environment preservation. At SE, we believe these values are shaping the business objective and defining the character of our company.
SE is an expert soil and foundation technology company specialized in design and consulting for all types of ground condition for buildings and structures. Since we developed cost effective Ext Pile in 2004, our R&D team has committed itself to develop state of the art pile technology and foundation design methods which guarantee cost savings and shorten construction period. SE’s innovative technology and engineering capability, together with the consulting services leveraging extensive field experience of various soil conditions, allow us to provide our clients with top-notched VE techniques which contribute to reduce project costs and give a positive impact on construction schedules.

SAP (Screw Anchor Pile) is multi-purpose small diameter pileeffective for structural reinforcement for foundation of remodeled building, railway station complex development and decrepit bridge.
The development of SAP method was started in 2009, as an academic-industrial cooperative study with SE, Hyundai Development, Hanra Construction, Korea University and SungKyungKwan University in Korea. This project was completed and applied to the real construction site in 2011.
SAP method got Technology Certificate from Professional Architectural Structure Engineers’ Association in 2012, and registered as a Construction New Technology (Reg. No.684) from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea, in 2013.

One tree absorbs 3kg of CO2 according to the environment reports. We reduced 430,000 tons of CO2 emission in our construction projects over 10 years, equivalent to the effect of 150,000 trees being planted.
