Profile Dynamics
Profile Dynamics is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers! Profile Dynamics doesnt measure brains, character or sense of
humor Profile Dynamics isnt about changing you, its about learning how
to adapt
Profile Dynamics is intended to be used as a tool in understandingdifferences, however no theory can fully explain the complexity ofhuman behavior!
Profile Dynamics measures drives in your working environment Also the resistance towards specific environments will be analyzed Profile Dynamics gives you insight in how your drives are relevant
for certain tasks or environments

"Persons of high self-esteem
are not driven to make themselves
superior to others;they do not seek to prove their value
by measuring themselves
against a comparative standard.
Their joy is being who they are,
not in being better than someone else."
Nathaniel Branden
