process integrating inbound and outbound activities across multiple channels
(call center, interactive voice responder, web, …) to leverage innovative marketing
initiatives, to suggest the NEXT BEST ACTION and to reduce time to market.

> SAS is providing an integrated software solution that will:
• cover the whole Campaign Management process, including the decision tree for
the near real time next best actions based on the right priority;
• help sales and marketing analysts and campaign managers to design and execute
