SAM COWAN Staff Geologist
Mr. Cowan started in 2018 with WHEM has a Staff Geologist, where his specialty has been Phase I ESAs, water quality evaluations, data management and analysis, field sampling, and GIS. Sam manages a large project involving sampling of drinking water system systems for testing of polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
