1. Select BC Custom > Inquire > Salary Encumbrance Inquiry

2. Enter search criteria, and click



3. Click chartstring hyperlink



4. Click Details hyperlink to view encumbrance detail by position or by employee



5. Click Employee Tab to view encumbrance detail by employee



6. Click Employee tab to view encumbrance detail by employee



7. Click show all columns tab to view encumbrance detail by both position and employee
